These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77xp platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing 77xp, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Each player may hold only one active 77xp account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
All deposits and withdrawals at 77xp are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers, and card payments are supported.

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the 77xp platform (available at 77xp.app), you ("the Player", "the User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference including the 77xp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 77xp platform. Continued use of any 77xp service constitutes unqualified acceptance of all terms in force at the time of use.
To be eligible to open and maintain a 77xp account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:
77xp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the 77xp platform. The creation of multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any account found to contain false registration information may be suspended immediately. Winnings accumulated during the period of suspected false registration may be withheld pending investigation.
77xp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and financial compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and/or a recent utility bill or bank statement to verify your identity and address before withdrawals are processed. KYC requests will be communicated via the email address or mobile number registered to your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77xp login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party.
77xp will never contact you via SMS, email, or phone to request your password. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to 77xp immediately at [email protected].
You agree to notify 77xp immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77xp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, or resulting from your authorisation — whether express or implied — of a third party to access your account.
77xp reserves the right to lock an account temporarily as a precautionary security measure if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: multiple failed login attempts, login from an unrecognised device or location, or activity inconsistent with your established betting patterns.
77xp accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PKR equivalent at prevailing rates). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties are not permitted. 77xp reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and void any wagers placed using funds from a third-party payment source.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. 77xp targets the following processing timelines for verified accounts: JazzCash and Easypaisa — within 24 hours; bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days. These timelines are targets and not guaranteed; processing may be delayed by banking hours, public holidays, or compliance review requirements.
77xp reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per period as published in the cashier. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced KYC review. 77xp may deduct any applicable processing fees from withdrawal amounts where disclosed at the point of withdrawal.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 77xp may apply an administration fee to dormant account balances as disclosed in the cashier terms. Players will be notified in advance by the contact details registered to the account before any dormancy fees are applied.
77xp offers deposit match bonuses, free bet promotions, casino cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible games or markets.
All sports betting at 77xp is subject to the platform's published betting rules, which govern matters including: settlement of markets, void bets, postponed or abandoned events, rule 4 deductions, dead heat rules, and the handling of results subject to official review or appeal.
77xp Casino offers live dealer games, RNG table games, and slot titles supplied by certified third-party game providers. All casino games are subject to the published RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge figures, which are accurate and independently verified.
Malfunctions in casino games — whether attributable to 77xp's platform or to a third-party game engine — void all pays and plays during the malfunction period. In such cases, stakes will be returned to affected player accounts. 77xp accepts no liability for player losses incurred as a result of game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stakes.
The outcome of all RNG casino games is determined by certified random number generator software. 77xp does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published statistical house edge inherent in each game's design.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77xp platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:
All content on the 77xp platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of 77xp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77xp platform content without the prior written consent of 77xp. Unauthorised use of 77xp intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xp and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the 77xp platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm.
77xp's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their 77xp account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
77xp makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 77xp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages may occur and will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
77xp is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to engage with the platform as a form of entertainment and to set personal limits consistent with their financial circumstances.

77xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (net of bonuses and pending bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance review.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 77xp platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 77xp support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice from either party, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body as designated by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. 77xp will co-operate fully with any duly authorised investigation or adjudication.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction.
77xp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address held on account with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be published at 77xp.app/terms-conditions, and the effective date will be clearly displayed.
Your continued use of the 77xp platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
